Good Morning Paper Divas, I received my invitations yesterday and they are absolutely fabulous. They are exactly what I was after and how they was represented on the website. The time between ordering and receiving the final product was minimal and you allowed me to make changes and proof the invitations 3 times which is greatly appreciated. It is also great to be able to track the order once you have sent it from your end so you know when to expect it. I will definitely be using you again. Thank you for offering such a great service.

The designs are great and being able to edit the invites is also an excellent tool. Having accessories available and being able to order Thank-you notes at the same time and at the same time as you're ordering your invites is an excellent service. I was also very impressed with the quality of the invites when they arrived, and I've received good feedback on the design from my friends who I've sent the invites to.

I really liked that i could call and speak to someone about the invites, it was all so easy... and they looked great. Eveyone loved my husbands concert ticket invite.

I had a problem with an invitation order and when I rang to query it the problem was fixed same day and new invitations mailed out within 24hrs

I would like to make a special mention to one of your customer service team members who helped me with my order. I had already purchased the invites for my baby shower and had forgotten to purchase the matching envelopes as well. So I put another order in again including a $5 'sample' of the invite I had purchased previously so you could tell which envelopes I needed. Within 24 hours this lovely lady had contacted me enquiring about the sample, whether I needed it, if I wanted anymore of my invites printed instead from my last order etc. When I had explained what had happended, she refunded me the $5 and had my envelope order out to me that very afternoon so that the courier delivered these the next day. Very impressed with this high level of service, thank you very much and please let the lady know on what a fantastic job she did for me!

 I would like to say thank you and comment on the service i received.  I ordered invites on the weekend.  I made an enquiry Monday and recieved a polite email advising it was due for shipping on Tuesday. 

I checked Tuesday morning on startrack website and was so happy to see my order had been shipped Monday and i recieved the package Tuesday afternoon.

I priced blank invitations + envelopes at a large retailer & then I checked your website & prices & found your prices (even for such a small order such as mine of 20 invitations) to be very competitive & not too much different. So once I found this out I decided to proceed with Paper Divas. Your range is fantastic & varied – I selected my design & the personalisation process was extremely easy. I placed my order on a Tuesday at lunchtime & my parcel of invites was waiting for me when I arrived home on the Thursday – such an extremely fast turnaround. Paper Divas communication is excellent, products are of a high quality, I love how stationary matches one another (matching stickers, envelopes etc to invitations), priced well, postage is super quick and what is on the website is what you get (colours are the same, invites are the size it states), website is easy to use, safe to order from, packaged well (doesn't get damaged in the post).
